Moisture first, then materials
Mold comes back if the moisture problem is not fixed. We look for leaks, condensation and poor ventilation before we rebuild.
Damaged drywall and insulation are removed and replaced, and we use mold-resistant drywall and proper bathroom exhaust fans. Larger contamination may need a specialized remediation company, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Common questions
Can you paint over mold?
No. Painting over mold hides it but does not fix it. The moisture source has to be fixed and damaged materials replaced.
