Your Cambridge contractor, from drawings to final inspection
Empire Design & Construction Limited serves Cambridge from our Brampton office, about 70 km west of Brampton on Highway 401. The same team handles your design, permits and construction, so nothing gets lost between trades.
Ontario allows up to three residential units on most lots, but zoning, parking and permit rules are set locally by City of Cambridge. We confirm what applies to your address before you commit, and our in-house BCIN designer prepares the drawings.
