Renovations & legal basements in Barrie
Barrie has strong demand for basement apartments, with commuters and students both looking for rentals. We build legal second units, washrooms and kitchens across Barrie and the rest of Simcoe County.
Simcoe County
Your Barrie contractor, from drawings to final inspection
Empire Design & Construction Limited serves Barrie from our Brampton office, about 85 km north of our Brampton office along Highway 400. The same team handles your design, permits and construction, so nothing gets lost between trades.
Ontario allows up to three residential units on most lots, but zoning, parking and permit rules are set locally by City of Barrie. We confirm what applies to your address before you commit, and our in-house BCIN designer prepares the drawings.
